SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Live break orders purchased during TikTok/Twitch streams are shipped within 1–3 business days after the stream.

Shipping Methods

• All items are shipped from Port Murray, NJ.

• Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• All orders include tracking and insurance.

Pre-orders

• Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after the manufacturer’s official release date.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If a package arrives damaged, please email trashrakinrob@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos.

• Insurance claims will be filed through the carrier for any damaged or lost shipments
